Can State Lands in Turkey be Leased for a Long Term for a period of 30 years?

Treasury immovables consist of immovables under the Private Ownership of the Treasury and immovables under the Rule and Savings of the State. The immovables that are privately owned by the Treasury are the places that have been registered in the name of the Treasury in the title deed, that is, the title deed has been issued as the Treasury. Places under the Rule and Disposition of the State, on the other hand, are places that are not registered in the name of the Treasury, that is, no title deed is issued in the name of the Treasury, but is managed by the Treasury. Real and/or legal person companies can rent these places for 30 years by way of easement on the lands for which title deed is issued in the name of the Treasury, while they can rent these places for a period of 30 years on non-registered places without a title deed for a period of 30 years. Well; It is possible to rent Treasury lands for 30 years, whether they are places with title deed or without title.
